Sarah has been a god sent. After struggling for over 6 months with reflux , I decided to seek help from Sarah. She did a detailed assessment of my son’s symptoms and looked at the possible causes. After doing a few changes and attending CST for a few weeks , we saw massive improvement in his symptoms! Now a few months down the line, he can finally sleep on his own for naps and bedtime and is a lot happier. I cannot thank Sarah enough for her help. I don’t know what we would have done without her. I much better service than our local NHS who just turned a blind eye after several hospital visits!!

We found Sarah at a really difficult time, a time where we should have been enjoying our newborn baby, however we were struggling so much. We didn’t understand why our son was crying day and night and couldn’t keep milk in his tummy. Doctors told us “it was just reflux / colic” and was “very normal”. This felt anything but normal. I contacted Sarah after pulling my hair out for weeks trying to figure out what was causing my baby girl to be so unsettled and appear in pain a lot of the time. We had gone down the medicated route of Gaviscon and Omeprazole despite my uncertainties and saw little improvement. Sarah was able to help us to identify the root cause of what was causing so much discomfort in our little girl. She pointed me in the direction of a local N. Ireland contact who did a feeding assessment who confirmed tongue tie as well as an osteopath who agreed with Sarah who had identified a lot of tension around her mouth and in her wee body. Both of these professionals identified what Sarah had suspected without ever seeing her in person! Amazing! We now have a much more content and happy little girl and I only wish I had got in touch with Sarah sooner!

I cannot thank Sarah enough for her professionalism and knowledge. After 3 turbulent months with my little one I found Sarah, and I am so pleased I did. I had suspected a tongue tie for a while and Sarah identified what she thought was a posterior tongue tie on assessment, I then followed it up with the NHS (who were thankfully very prompt) and she was spot on, my baby’s symptoms improved and my life and time with her was changed. The guidance and support from Sarah was amazing, she was so caring and helpful and I will forever be grateful to her as she helped change my baby’s health she is now so much more content and comfortable. My mental health has also dramatically improved as the screaming has gone and the mother's guilt and helplessness has gone too. I just wish I had found Sarah sooner.
