Infant reflux occurs when the contents of your baby's stomach flow back into the esophagus, causing discomfort, fussiness, or even pain. Common signs include frequent crying, arching of the back, feeding difficulties, refusal to feed, spitting up excessively, or irritability after feeding and so much more. Is your baby suffering?

Can you work with my baby if they’ve already had a reflux diagnosis or medication?

Absolutely! Reflux is a symptom, not a diagnosis. Health care professionals are often quick to say it's reflux or silent reflux, without actually explaining why its happening.

Reflux medication isn’t an antibiotic; it’s a suppressant designed to reduce stomach acid, and it can come with its own set of problems. My approach focuses on understanding the root cause and supporting your baby to being reflux free.
